Development of a workplace health guidance model on annual health checkup targeted on the metabolic symdrome

与生活方式有关的疾病的增加是日本的一个重要问题。因此，我们制定并实施了一项针对中年男性的健康指导计划，旨在通过工作场所的健康课程参与者产生连锁教育效果。此外，本研究还评估了该计划的效果，该计划旨在对更多的人预防与生活方式有关的疾病产生连锁教育效果。结果，不仅参与者，而且非参与者的健康检查记录也有所改善。此外，我们观察到连锁教育对整个组织健康动机的增加，行为矫正和健康行动的繁荣产生了影响。因此，预计该方案将有助于预防与生活方式有关的疾病。

The increase in lifestyle-related diseases is an important problem in Japan. Therefore, we developed and implemented a health guidance program to middle-age men that was designed to have a knock-on educational effect via health class participants in a workplace. In addition, this study evaluated the efficacy of the program, which was aimed to make knock-on educational effects to prevention of lifestyle-related diseases on a greater number of people. As a result, the improvements observed in health checkup records of not only participants but also non-participants. Furthermore, we observed knock-on educational effect on increasing motivation of health, behavior modification and boom of health action in the whole of an organization. Therefore, the program is expected to contribute to the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases.
