本研究の目的は、認知症高齢者によるスタッフへの攻撃的行動に対して、看護・介護介入のプロセスを分析し、その行動に対して効果的な介入方法を検討することによって、攻撃的行動への対処方法が改善し、攻撃的行動の発生件数が減少することを明らかにすることである。本研究の目方法としては、まず介入前に2週間攻撃的行動発生件数をカウントする。その後2週間を1クールとして、2週間に1回ミーティング(介入)を行い、認知症高齢者の攻撃的行動が発生した時に記載してもらった記録をもとにその出来事を振り返り、アセスメントやその時の対処方法が適切であったかを検討する。それを4クール行い、4クールのミーティングの開始前と終了後にスケールを使ってスタッフの対処方法に対する自信の程度を測定する。介入終了後に、2週間攻撃的行動の発生件数を再びカウントし、介入前後の攻撃的行動の発生件数の増減から、介入の評価をする予定である。研究当初の予定としては、韓国の研究者によって開発されたAggressive Behavior Management Scaleを使用する予定であったが、その使用の許可を得ることができなかった。今年度に入り、オーストラリアの認知症高齢者による攻撃的行動の研究のエキスパートと、アメリカの認知症高齢者の研究者にEメールにてスケールに関するアドバイスを受け検討しているところである。今年度の実績としては、6月末～7月の始めに南アフリカのダーバンで開催されたThe International Council of Nurses 24^<th> Quadrennial Congressで、"Nursing Interventions to Reduce Dementia-related Aggression"と題しポスター発表を行ったことである。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the action response, nursing intervention, and intervention methods of attack in cognitive patients, and to discuss how to improve the action response, and how to reduce the occurrence of attack. The objective of this study is to determine the number of attacks occurring within 2 weeks prior to intervention. 2 weeks later, 1 week later, 1 week later, 1 week 4. To determine the degree of self-confidence in the process of preparation The number of attacks occurring after the intervention ends and within 2 weeks, the number of attacks occurring before and after the intervention decreases, and the number of interventions evaluated is predetermined. The study was designed to develop Aggressive Behavior Management scales for use by Korean researchers. This year's research into the behavior of attack in people with cognitive disorders, including those with cognitive disorders, has been conducted by researchers with cognitive disorders. The International Council of Nurses 24^<th>Quadrennial Congress,"Nursing Interventions to Reduce Demotia-related Aggression," was launched in late June and early July.
