项目摘要

本研究は、昨年度に引き続き、琉球大学教育学部学生の教員養成における実践力、授業力の育成・向上のための、教員資質認定試験(「基礎力認定試験」「実践力認定試験」「総合力認定試験」)を計画・実施し、その効果を総合的に検討することを目的とした。平成21年度は、1)5月に、小学校、及び中学校の教員を希望する学生に対して、学部教員の協力のもと作成された一般教養・教職教養、及び各教科についての試験を実施した。小学校の教員を希望する学生に対しては、前年度の3月に試行実施した結果に基づき改善された「実践力認定試験(指導案作成)」を加えて、「総合力認定試験」として実施した。試験結果は、学生一人ひとりにフィードバックし、指導を行うとともに、学部では試験解説セミナーを開催し(6月-7月)、学生の理解を深めた。2)3月には、小学校の教員を希望する学生に対して、国語と算数の「実践力認定試験」を実施し、あわせて質問紙を実施した。質問紙では、指導案作成の易難、「でき」の程度、指導案作成経験の程度、指導案作成の認定試験に対する総合評価などを求め、試験の結果と関連づけて分析を行った。その結果、(1)国語では「目標と評価の観点」が意識されているほど簡単であると感じており、算数では「子どもたちの変容の過程」が考察されているほど簡単に出来たと感じていた。また、(2)国語においては、指導案作成の経験があるほど、「ふさわしい目標が立てられ、ことばの力を育む学習活動」が設定できた。さらに、(3)指導案作成の認定試験について、多くの受験者が「教員の資質能力を高めるのに役立つ」「教員になるための意欲を高める」と考えていることなどが示唆された。これらの結果は、沖縄心理学会で発表され(3月)、現在、琉球大学教育学部の紀要にまとめるべく執筆中である。
