Construction and implementation of MMI system based on 6-layerd model

In this study we proposed a 6-layer model for multimodal interaction systems and published it as a standard under the Information Technology Standards Commission of Japan. We also developed a multimodal interaction system based on the model which has a feature that users can access to the system through a usual web browser installed in their PCs.
