The purpose of this study was to clarify whether 50 m sprinting abilities in late pubescent male students would be improved by both legs simultaneous type and one-leg alternation type plyometrics. The subjects were classified into two groups ; a both legs simultaneous type (jump to the box and hurdle jump), a one-leg alternation type (box bounding and bounding). Training was continued once a week for six weeks. As a result, the sprinting velocity at 10 m intervals between the 30-40 m and 40-50 m sprints increased significantly in one-leg alternation type.

摘要本研究旨在探讨双下肢同步式与单下肢交替式运动量测法是否能提高青春后期男生50 m跑能力。受试者被分为两组;双腿同时型（跳到箱子和跨栏），一条腿交替型（框和边界）。训练每周持续一次，持续六周。结果表明，在30-40 m和40-50 m短跑中，单腿交替跑的10 m间隔速度显著提高。
