Survey on the Renovation of buildings designed by German architect Bruno Taut

Bruno Taut was a German architect, and he introduced the Japanese culture in his books worldwide. People stay living in his renovated buildings for about 80 years. In this study, his works in Germany were surveyed especially focusing their renovation. Accordingly, his buildings are able to be lived comfortably even now, because the levels of thickness of the walls and the floors, height of the ceilings and width of corridors were enough. Their building equipments were varied to be suitable to the times.
