A Basic Study for Construction of a History of Japanese Education in Brazil

本研究通过对在巴西和日本收集的文字资料和访谈资料的分析，从社会语言背景和对巴西日本移民子女的日语教育政策的角度，阐明了巴西日本移民社会中日语教育从大规模移民巴西开始到现在约100年的历史变迁。

This study clarified the historical transition of Japanese education in Japanese immigrant society in Brazil for about 100 years from the start of mass immigration to Brazil to the present day by analyzing the written materials and interview data collected in Brazil and Japan from the view point of the social and linguistic background and the policy of Japanese language education to the children of Japanese immigrants in Brazil.
