项目摘要

This theme, "The edges of life and legalisation," addresses the serious challenge of public and private affairs how we should understand some relations between our lives and the laws. I tried to re-formulate the concept of the right to privacy on this research. One of the most important concepts of the law and right is the right to self-determination which was derived from the right to privacy. Basically we can/should make a decision by ourselves at the edges of life because of the right to privacy. But closest persons to the individual can make decisions to the individual life on the condition that closest persons to the individual will oblige to maintain special relations with each other.

这个主题，“生活和合法化的边缘”，解决了公共和私人事务的严重挑战，我们应该如何理解我们的生活和法律之间的一些关系。在此基础上，笔者试图重新界定隐私权的概念。自决权是法律和权利中最重要的概念之一，它源于隐私权。基本上，由于隐私权，我们可以/应该在生活的边缘自己做出决定。但是，与个人最亲近的人可以对个人生活作出决定，条件是与个人最亲近的人有义务保持彼此之间的特殊关系。
