项目摘要
A research on "state failure" which is widely designated as a furtile soil for armed groups under low level of state legitimacy becomes essential to establishment of governance with order in societies after ending armed conflict. In this regard, this research intended to analysis a dynamic process of relationships between state failure and armed group and attempted to show an outcome from this research in the field of International Relations, especially on a case study of Liberia.
“国家失败”被普遍认为是国家合法性水平低下的武装集团滋生的土壤，研究“国家失败”问题，对于结束武装冲突后建立有序的社会治理具有重要意义。在这方面，本研究旨在分析国家失败与武装团体之间关系的动态过程，并试图展示国际关系领域的研究成果，特别是对利比里亚的案例研究。
