This research consists of analyses about HRM reform and employee's productivities of a Japanese company. Research methods are qualitative surveys (ex.interviews) and quantitative analyses (statistical analyses using several data). Data supplied from the cooperate company are about personnel micro data, ISO data, and questionnaires for employee.Especially, we tried to construct person-specified panel dataset and used this panel dataset in econometric analyses of productivities. Productivities (job-skill levels) were investigated in actual conditions and in consciousness of employees. Conclusions obtained from regression analyses imply that the years of job experience is important as one of the determinants of employee's productivities.

本研究是对一家日本企业的人力资源管理改革和员工生产力的分析。研究方法是定性调查（如访谈）和定量分析（使用多个数据进行统计分析）。合作公司提供的数据包括员工微观数据、ISO数据和员工问卷调查数据，特别是尝试构建个人面板数据集，并将其用于生产率的计量分析。生产力（工作技能水平）进行了调查，在实际条件和员工的意识。从回归分析得出的结论表明，工作经验的年数是重要的员工的生产力的决定因素之一。
