Study on the fairness of the researchers' training process from the perspectives of class and gender

Among the students, postgraduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and researchers belonging to the several universities that cultivate the next generation of researchers in large numbers, I recruited those who were from a relatively lower socioeconomic group and obtained their life-histories by interviewing them. The findings suggest that a certain segment of society negatively affects the fairness of access to higher education and the researchers' training process in various aspects.
