本調査の結果、認知症の診断を受けている利用者はそうでない場合に比べ、居宅サービス計画書の説明時の家族の関与は大きくなり、計画書に対する利用者の理解が不十分であってもサービス利用が実施されていること、および家族の意識も、利用者本人に対し説明を行うことについて否定的な意識をもっていることが示唆された。
这项调查的结果表明，与未诊断痴呆症的人相比，在解释家庭服务计划时，家庭成员也参与其中，即使用户未正确理解该计划，也可以使用该服务，并且家庭成员对该计划也负面解释。
