Which Case Conference is Effective in Clinical Psychology? : A Study of methods of Case Conferences :

本研究的目的是考察“案例会议”的风格，这种会议用于培训（特别是新）心理支持专家。本研究重点介绍了家庭治疗方法之一的反射过程（RP）的应用。结果发现：在rp型会议中，在支持工作中遇到困难的新专家的负面情绪与自由讨论型会议中相同。此外，他们在rp模式中比在自由讨论模式中获得了更多有益和/或可用的想法。此外，研究还表明，RP有一定的促进思想产生的机制。这些结果揭示了rp式会议的有效性。

The purpose of this study was to examine the style of "case conferences", which were used for training (especially, new) experts in psychological support. Particularly, application of the REFLECTING PROCESS (RP) which is one of the methods of family therapy was focused in this study. The following results were found: In the RP-style conference, the presenters who were new experts and had trouble in their support work reported decrease in their negative emotion as same as in the Free Discussion style conference. Also, they gained a larger number of beneficial and/or available ideas in the RP-style than in the Free Discussion style. Furthermore, it was showen that RP had some mechanisms to advance the production of ideas. These results revealed effectiveness of the RP-style conference.
