the novel non pharmaceutical therapy for patients with chronic renal failure using low temperature sauna

本实验采用5/6肾切除模型小鼠，观察低温桑拿对肾功能衰竭的影响。虽然我们最初打算使用大鼠，但我们决定使用小鼠，因为其作为基因敲除模型的有用性。我们的计划已经被推迟，因为需要花费很多天来创建合适的肾衰竭模型。为低温桑拿疗法治疗肾功能衰竭提供依据。

We have been investigating about the effects of low temperature sauna for renal failure using the mice of 5/6 renal extracted model. Although we firstly intended to use rats, we decided to use mice because of its usefulness as gene knocked out model. Our plan has been delayed due to taking many days to create the suitable renal failure model. We will try to make the evidences of low temperature sauna therapy for renal failure in the near future.
