Change of Life Aging Community and Strategy on Public Health-Comparative Study between the Island of HACHIJO and Community in Oku-AIZU Mountainous Regions-

我们的结论如下。生活在孤岛和山区的老年人虽然在为保持健康而战战兢兢，但同时又对故土、传统和民俗有着独特的眷恋。因此，他们在传统的人际关系基础上生活在那里的意愿非常强烈。因此，在卫生、医疗、社会福利等方面，积极思考如何对当地的传统文化和社会结构进行调整，是制定老年化社区政策的重中之重。

Our conclusion is the followings. Though people living in aging community located in isolated island and mountainous region is in trembling uncertainly to keep their health, at the same time, attached to their native land, tradition and folklore peculiar. Accordingly their will to be living in there based in human relationship traditionally is very strong. Then especially in the field of health, medical care, social welfare, it is the most important point to make policy in these aging community that we should think positively to adjust on the traditional culture and social structure in land concerned.
