Since insufficiency of medical services, the business model of household medicine lease (HML) system has now been successfully implementing in ASEAN countries. On the other hand, in the field of health and medication, Japan has been suffering from a lot of troubles to cope with the rapid increase of the demand of medical services. The series of our study purposes to present a system scheme of the everyday healthcare via household medicine and ICT (information and communication technology). The result of our study presents the feature and a case of Continua Health Alliance (CHA), and then present the concept and challenges of community-based self-medication system in utilizing the combination of CHA and household medicine.

由于医疗服务不足，家庭医疗租赁（HML）系统的商业模式目前已在东盟国家成功实施。另一方面，在健康和医疗领域，日本为科普医疗服务需求的快速增长而饱受困扰。本系列研究的目的是通过家庭医疗和ICT（信息和通信技术）提出一个日常保健的系统方案。本研究的结果介绍了Continua健康联盟（CHA）的特点和一个案例，然后提出了基于社区的自我药疗系统的概念和挑战，利用CHA和家庭医学相结合。
