Practical analysis on the newly designed industry-university consortium model

大部分的产业与大学的合作已经进行了明确的概念产品开发或现有的产品改进的部分，这一发现导致我们进行这项研究。我们设计了一个新的联盟来解决一个社会问题，即。e.老龄化社会，由40多家公司和多名研究人员组成。对两年活动结束后参加者的调查结果进行了分析。实践证明，该模型满足了参与者的需求和期望。

The finding that most of the industry-university collaboration has been carried out in the segment of well defined-concept products development or already existing products improvement leads us to this study. We designed newly consortium to solve a societal problems, i. e. aging society, consisting over 40 companies and plural researchers. Analysis is made on participants' survey after full two year activity. And it is proved that the model fulfilled the demand and expectation of the participants.
