Effect of Mental Health Consumer´s Narrative Story

摘要本研究的目的在于评估心理健康消费者造访教育机构，并与初高中学生分享心理障碍经验的教育活动的有效性。初高中学生在听取心理健康消费者的故事后，意识的变化是实现了一个对心理疾病患者和非心理疾病患者都友好的社会。与初高中学生分享经验的心理健康消费者的自我改变意识在自我效能感上具有更强的赋权感（内在疗愈力）、复原感和社会性提升感。综上所述，心理健康消费者讲故事方案在初高中学生心理健康福利教育中是有效的。

The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of an educational activity in which mental health consumers visit educational organizations and share their experience of the disorders with junior and senior high school students, who are very likely to suffer the onset of mental illness. The change in the awareness of junior and senior high school students who have listened to the storytelling of mental health consumers is the realization of a society friendly to both people with and without mental illness. The awareness of self-change of the mental health consumers sharing their experience with the junior and senior high school students is a greater feeling of empowerment(internal healing power), recovery, and social improvement in their self-efficacy. The foregoing indicates that a program incorporating storytelling by mental health consumers is effective in mental health welfare education for junior and senior high school students.
