The empirical research about the relevance of child abuse and the parents with mental health problems

在本研究中，我明确了有心理健康问题的父母虐待儿童的实际情况，以及工作人员感受到的负担和强烈的压力。增加他们负担和压力的因素是人员配备不当、缺乏培训以及儿童福利和心理健康与福利两个领域的合作不足。我观察到，当管理层在支持团队中发挥适当的作用时，该团队的所有成员对这些情况都有肯定的认知，并倾向于以负责任的方式与他人合作。因此，要解决这一问题，需要通过管理，使工作人员对有心理健康问题的父母虐待儿童有一个适当的认知。

In this research, I clarified the actual condition of the child abuse by parents with mental health problems, and the burden and strong stress what the staff feel. The factors increase their burden and stress were inappropriate staffing, lack of training, and insufficient cooperation between two fields : child welfare and mental health and welfare. And I observed that when the management functions appropriately in support team, all members of that team share an affirmative cognition to these cases and tend to cooperate with others in a responsible way. Therefore, the management that makes the staff to share an appropriate cognition about child abuse by the parents with mental health problems is required to solve the problem.
