Necessity of family and bereavement care was discussed with respect to 137 clients who committed suicide then transported to an emergency medical institution between August 1st 2003 and May 20th 2011.We administered a questionnaire to 75 people then interviewed those who agreed to be interviewed.This is how we tried to make a social work practice model for family and bereavement care in emergency medical institutions.
