A research for the new animal models of ADHD by means of behavioral and physiological measurement of impulsiveness and attention.

注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种以注意力不集中、冲动和多动为主要症状的发育性障碍，以多巴胺转运体浓度升高等神经功能障碍为基础。虽然药物治疗和手术治疗对本病有效，但两者之间的功能关系尚不清楚。本研究建立了一种新的ADHD动物模型--EL小鼠，并提出了冲动和失配负性样反应两种ADHD的行为和电生理指标。使用这些模型和指数，我发现了手术治疗中药物剂量和信号清晰度的适当组合，这可能表明这些治疗之间的功能关系的重要方面。此外，在动物模型中，前注意阶段也就是大脑皮层产生注意之前的阶段，表明存在认知功能障碍。

ADHD(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) is a developmental disorder to assume cardinal symptoms including inattention, impulsiveness and hyperactivity, which is assumed some neural dysfunctions such as higher concentration of dopamine transporter. Although medication and operant therapy are effective on this disorder, it is not clear that the functional relation between both effects. In this study, EL mouse was proposed as a new animal model of ADHD, and two kinds of impulsiveness and mismatch negativity like response were advocated as behavioral and electrophysiological indices of ADHD. Using these models and indices, I discovered some appropriate combinations of medical dosage and signal clearness on operant therapy, which may suggest the significant aspects of functional relation between these therapies. Furthermore, a cognitive dysfunction was indicated on pre-attention which is the phase before generation of attention in cerebral cortex on animal model.
