Development of teacher training programs that establish and promote curriculum management in schools

由政府或学校董事会实施的教师培训计划被视为发展和促进学校课程管理的一种方法。本研究提出了课程管理教师培训的一些内容和方法。我们对教师培训项目的问卷调查和跟踪调查结果进行了检验，目的是改进教师培训项目。找出了有效改进课程的途径：1)结合一些学校的案例，阐述课程管理的概念和理论；2)运用课程管理模型对实习教师所在学校的实践进行分析评价；3)设计课程管理改进策略。

Teacher training programs conducted by the government or school boards are regarded as a method to develop and promote curriculum management in schools. Some contents and methodologies for the teacher training concerning curriculum management are developed and curried out in this study. We examined the results of the questionnaire surveys and follow-up surveys on teacher training programs with the aim of improving the programs. The following means of efficiently improving the programs were identified : 1) Explaining the concept and theory of curriculum management in terms of case studies of some schools ; 2) Analyzing and evaluating the practices of the trainee teachers' schools by using the curriculum management model ; and 3) Designing the strategy for improving curriculum management.
