We have demonstrated theoretically the property of the Resonant Inelastic X-ray Scattering Spectra on strongly correlated electron systems such as high-Tc cuprates. We have proposed a resonant inelastic x-ray scattering experiment for Ni K-edge to confirm hole binding around the Ni impurity. We have also clarified theoretically characteristic features of the scattering spectra on nickelates and iron pnictides.
