Sustainable Market Price of Soybean Production and Proper Divide of Social Resources in the Soybean Food System

本文的研究目的在于明确大豆生产的可持续市场价格，合理分配大豆食品系统中的社会资源。制造业和大豆生产的可持续管理需要价格上涨10%至15%。消费者为了享受到产品的安全保障，保护当地工农业，并不是一定要接受这个价格，但即使根据单个商店的面板数据进行价格弹性分析，消费者的接受价格也不高。有必要考虑免税商品的措施，如美国的税收制度。

This purpose of this paper is to clarify sustainable market price of soybean production and to proper divide of social resources in the soybean food system. Sustainable management of manufacturing and soybean production needs price increase of 10% to 15%. In order to enjoy the product safe and secure to protect local industry and agriculture of the country, consumers are not must accept this price, but their acceptance price is not high, even if based on the analysis of price elasticity by individual store's panel data. It will be necessary to consider measures duty-free goods, such as US tax system.
