This study consists of hearing survey for host hospitals, hearing survey for government officials of source countries, questionnaire survey for host hospitals, and questionnaire survey for foreign nurses in Japan. Through this study the following matters became clear ; support situation and severe burden of host hospitals, lack of governmental support system for national examination, and the strategy of source countries.

本研究包括对接收医院的听力调查、对来源国政府官员的听力调查、对接收医院的问卷调查以及对在日外国护士的问卷调查。通过这项研究，以下问题变得清晰；接收医院的支持情况和沉重的负担、政府对国家检查的支持体系的缺乏以及来源国的策略。
