Validity of nutritional guidance after prosthodontic treatment by using a newly-devised nutritional assessment

The purpose of this study was to evaluate prosthodontic treatment outcome with a newly-devised nutritional assessment that was combined a 3-day food diary with scaled photographs of all meals. Considering with nutritional change of maxillofacial prosthesiswearers and removable partial denture wearers after nutritional guidance, it was suggested that nutritional guidance by a dietician after prosthodontic treatment could improve nutritional intake to adequacy qualitatively, but prosthetic treatment only could not in short period.
