The Identification of Competency for Patient Safety Education and The Development of Assessment Tool in Nursing

本研究提炼出综合医院护士患者安全教育的现状和胜任力结构。分析对象为407家机构。通过对患者安全教育胜任力的因素分析，得出5个主要影响因素(Cronbach‘sα&GT；0.8)：岗位管理行为、作为护士应有的状态、医疗过程中的安全护理措施、完成治疗的安全措施、自我提升。

This study extracted the actual state of patient safety education for nurses and structure of competency in general hospital. The analysis object is 407 institutions. Factor analysis of patient safety education competency revealed five main factors (Cronbach's α>0.8): On-the-job management action, The state that there should be as the nurse, Safety measures of the care in the medical treatment, Safety measures to accomplish treatment, self-improvement.
