We examined the factors for using medical institutions without making the crime victims feel a secondary damage from two different perspectives - the perspective of nurses and the perspective of crime victims. Nurses do not think that a training is necessary for taking care of crime victims. The needs that crime victims seek in medical institutions had two aspects - the victim-specific needs and the patients' common needs. Therefore, it was considered that implementing a training that positions one of the patients' individualities, rather than one that is specific for crime victims, is effective.

我们从两个不同的角度——护士的角度和犯罪受害者的角度——研究了使用医疗机构而不让犯罪受害者感到二次伤害的因素。护士们认为照顾犯罪受害者没有必要接受培训。犯罪受害者在医疗机构寻求的需求有两个方面——受害者的特定需求和患者的共同需求。因此，有人认为，实施一项针对患者个性的培训，而不是针对犯罪受害者的培训，是有效的。
