Examination of empowerment program using educational pamphlet for patients with cerebrovascular disease

为提高脑血管病患者的生活质量，本研究旨在(1)调查轻度脑梗塞患者自我护理和支持的相关问题；(2)分析山区卒中患者从发病到《需要长期护理证书》签发期间的疗养过程；(3)为参与患者过渡阶段的护士制定管理技能培训计划。根据这项研究的结果，我们为脑血管疾病患者制定了一个全面的社区护理计划，包括使用教育媒体的自我护理促进系统和过渡期的护理支持。

To improve the quality of life of patients with cerebrovascular disease, this study aimed to(1) investigate issues associated with self-care and support of patients with mild cerebral infarction,(2) analyze the recuperation process of stroke patients living in mountainous areas during the period between the onset of stroke and issuing of Certification of Needed Long-Term Care, and(3) develop a management skills training program for nurses involved in the transitional stages for patients. From the results of this study, we have developed a comprehensive community care program for individuals with cerebrovascular disease that consists of a self-care promotion system using educational media and of nursing support during the transition period.
