I investigated to clarify the pathologic regulation via toll-like receptors on senescent lymphatic endothelium in oral cavity. It was found that immune responses through toll-like receptors on lymphatic endothelium were downregulated in ageing.It is possible that lymphatic endothelium may regulate immunesenescence system via toll-like receptors.
