The interview investigation were performed in this study for three following groups ; (1) The Japanese nurses who has the experience as the nurse in both Japan and foreign countries, (2) The foreigner nurses who has experience as a nurse in his/her own country, and who has experience as nurse or nurse trainee under FTA/EPA in Japan and (3) The Japanese nurse who are/were an instructor of the foreign nurse under FTA/EPA in the healthcare setting in Japan. The nursing skills for building, promoting and maintaining the interpersonal relationship unique to Japanese culture especially between patient and nurse are shown.

本研究对以下三组进行了访谈调查： (1) 在日本和外国都有护士经验的日本护士，(2) 在自己的国家有护士经验，并且有在日本担任 FTA/EPA 下的护士或护士实习生的经验的日本护士，以及 (3) 在日本医疗机构中担任 FTA/EPA 下的外国护士讲师的日本护士。展示了建立、促进和维持日本文化特有的人际关系，特别是患者和护士之间的人际关系的护理技巧。
