Nursing skills unique to Japanese culture for managing interpersonal relationships between nurses and patients

本研究对以下三组进行访谈调查；(1)在日本和国外都有护士工作经验的日本护士；(2)在本国有护士工作经验，并在日本自由贸易协定/环境保护协定下有护士或实习护士工作经验的外籍护士；(3)在日本医疗保健机构担任自由贸易协定/环境保护协定下外籍护士的指导教师的日本护士。展示了日本文化中建立、促进和维持人际关系的护理技巧，尤其是病人和护士之间的关系。

The interview investigation were performed in this study for three following groups ; (1) The Japanese nurses who has the experience as the nurse in both Japan and foreign countries, (2) The foreigner nurses who has experience as a nurse in his/her own country, and who has experience as nurse or nurse trainee under FTA/EPA in Japan and (3) The Japanese nurse who are/were an instructor of the foreign nurse under FTA/EPA in the healthcare setting in Japan. The nursing skills for building, promoting and maintaining the interpersonal relationship unique to Japanese culture especially between patient and nurse are shown.
