Effects of communication education based on social skills training on nursing students

本研究旨在探讨以社会技能训练为基础的沟通教育对护生与病患沟通的影响。在第一年，我们制定了一个沟通教育计划，进行SST领导培训和进行文献综述STT的护士和护生。第二年对护生进行基于SST的沟通教育，并通过小组访谈分析其效果。在过去的一年里，我们检查了小组访谈和收回的问卷的内容，揭示了沟通教育的有效性，基于SST技术的主题线人和其他小组成员之间的角色差异。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of communication education based on social skills training(SST) on nursing students who learn how to communicate with patients. In the first year we drew up a communication education plan by undertaking SST leadership training and conducting literature review on STT for nurses and nursing students. In the second year we conducted communication education based on SST for nursing students and analyzed its effects through a group interviews. In the last year we examined the contents of group interviews and returned questionnaires, revealing the effectiveness of communication education based on SST techniques by the role difference between topic informants and other group members.
