Continuing nursing education program in Clinic: The skill of nursing care and infection control.

本研究的目的是建立一个持续护理教育计划，重点是临床护理和感染控制的技能。本研究的对象是在门诊工作的三名护士。对“护理与感染控制学习需求”进行半结构化访谈。分析方法需要从访谈笔录中提取出相似的内容，放在一起。有两个学习需求：“标准注意事项知识”和“消毒灭菌方法”。确定了一项行动计划。这些战略包括两次研讨会。在临床护理和感染控制中应探讨最适宜的护理技巧。

The purpose of this study was to develop a continuing nursing education program which focus on the skill of nursing care and infection control in clinic. The objects of this study were the three nurses who work on clinic. The semi-structured interview of "learning needs of nursing care and infection control"was done. Analytical methods to extract from the need of the interview transcripts, similar content together. There were two learning needs "Knowledge of standard precautions "and "Methods of disinfection end sterilization". One action plans was determined. These strategies consisted of two seminars. It should be discuss that the most appropriate of nursing skill for nursing care and infection control in clinic.
