项目摘要

In the present study, we conducted an intervention study to clarify how effectively videophone system was used in the life style guidance focusing diet for the diabetic patients cared at home. For the period of 3 months, diabetic patients were communicated with a medical professional bi-directionally through the videophone system for 30 minutes once a week. We showed that 3-month bi-directional communication using the videophone system once a week between diabetes patients and medical professional resulted in a significant decrease in the body weight, the BMI, and the average HbA1c level. The bidirectional regular communications using a videophone system for visual effect can be useful and it might be one of the effective measures for the control ofBW and hyperglycemia in the dairy life for a diabetic patient at home.

在本研究中，我们进行了一项干预研究，以明确可视电话系统如何有效地应用于家庭护理的糖尿病患者的生活方式指导和重点饮食。在3个月的时间里，糖尿病患者通过可视电话系统与医学专业人员进行双向交流，每周一次，每次30分钟。我们发现，糖尿病患者和医疗专业人员之间每周一次使用可视电话系统进行3个月的双向交流导致体重、BMI和平均HbA1c水平显著降低。使用可视电话系统进行双向定期交流以获得视觉效果是有用的，这可能是控制家庭糖尿病患者乳制品生活中体重和高血糖的有效措施之一。
