项目摘要

平成23年度は以下の4点の研究活動を行った。1. 2年目での研究成果の発表(1)2011年8月5日には、"Should School Be ResPonsible for Crime that Occurred in a School Setting? : Comparative Study of the News Reports on the Two Famous Murder Casesin Japan"という報告を国際犯罪学会第16回世界大会テーマセッションにおいて発表した。(2)2011年10月22日には、「境界と犯罪不安の関係リスク社会化は犯罪不安を増大させるのか」という報告を日本犯罪社会学会第38回大会テーマセッションにおいて発表した。2. 文献資料の収集戦後の少年犯罪報道を分析資料として用いるために新聞と週刊誌の収集を継続的におこなった。3.文献資料の分析(1)現在の少年犯罪においては、メディアの悪影響によって「現実と虚構の区別を喪失した」少年による犯罪が多く報道されている。このような報道を、聖・俗・遊の三項図式を用いて分析した。(2)精神疾患に言及のある少年犯罪報道を終戦から現代までの期間で収集し、少年犯罪と精神疾患の関係の語られ方の歴史的変遷について分析した。4.今年度の研究活動の成果の発表(1)上記3(1)の研究成果を「『虚実の混同』はなぜ語られるのか-聖・俗・遊の図式を用いて」という論文として『年報社会学論集』に投稿した。(2)上記3(1)の研究成果を「少年犯罪と精神疾患の関係史-戦後の新聞報道の分析を通じて(仮)」と言う論文として『犯罪社会学研究』への投稿を準備中である。

Heisei 23 years to the following four points of research activities. 1. "Should Schools Be Responsible for Crime that Occurred in a School Setting?" : Comparative Study of the News Reports on the Two Famous Murder Casesin Japan (2) Report on October 22, 2011,"The Relationship between Social Security and Crime and the Increase of Social Security and Crime," 38th Congress of the Society of Criminal Sciences of Japan. 2. Literature data collection and analysis of juvenile delinquency data collection and analysis of juvenile delinquency data collection 3. The analysis of literature data (1) The juvenile delinquency has been reported in many ways. The analysis of the three ways of reporting, sainthood and tourism (2)Mental illness and juvenile delinquency report end in modern times, juvenile delinquency and mental illness in the history of language change in analysis 4. The results of this year's research activities are listed in the table (1). The research results of 3(1) above are submitted to the "Annual Sociology Collection". (2)The research results of the above note 3(1) are "History of the Relationship between Juvenile Delinquency and Mental Disorders-Analysis of Later News Reports" and "Research on Sociology of Crime" are in preparation for submission.
