A study of stress of doctors and nurses in a hospital

客观评价医护人员的职业健康状况。(1)患者年龄越大，胃镜结果恶性程度越高，手术时间越长，经验越少，内窥镜医生的压力越大。(2)患者年龄大和/或有并发症时，外科医生在手术中感受到很大的压力。(3)当患者病情严重时，护士感到压力很大。如果他们是核心护士和/或他们不喝酒，他们会感到很大的压力。

We objectively evaluated occupational health of doctors and nurses.(1) The stress of endoscopists became higher when patients were old, when endoscopic findings were malignant, when operation time was long, and when endoscopists were inexperienced.(2) Surgeons felt strong pressure during operations when patients were old and/or have complications.(3) When patients' illness was severe, nurses felt strong stress. If they were core nurses and/or they were not drinkers, they felt a strong stress.
