Study of comprehensive facuIty development system for basic science education

我们借鉴北美大学良好的基础科学教育体系和日本大学良好的本科课程体系，研究开发了综合性的教师发展体系。该项目的细节如下所示。1)教师发展的结构；2)教师职业道德的构成；3)教师发展的新模式；4)助教发展课程的结构；5)基础科学教育的新模式。

We studied and developed comprehensive faculty development system according to the good system of universities in North America in which basic science education is well organized, and the good system in Japanese undergraduate curriculum. The details of this project shows as follows. 1) Structuration of faculty development, 2) constitution of professional ethics as a teacher, 3) new model of faculty development, 4) structuration of TA development course, 5) new education model of basic science.
