Multidisciplinary Study of Disaster Prevention System of Tokai Village and Community Regeneration Ten Years after the Criticality Accident

在我们的研究项目中，我们恰好经历了福岛第一核电站的事故。我们的调查研究结果清楚地表明，由于这次严重的事故，当地居民对核电的态度发生了深刻的变化。除了几次问卷调查外，我们还为从福岛县搬到茨城县的福岛第一核电站事故难民开展了援助活动。这一支援项目的经验揭示了灾民的需求和当地政府的政策问题。我们的研究还表明，核电安全体系和安全教育需要进行根本性的反思和重建。此外，作为我们在福岛县多个地区进行的净化实验的结果，我们获得了一些重要的技术发现，并得出结论，当地达成政治共识是未来净化项目的重要前提。

During our research project, we happen to have expererienced Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear power plant accident. Our survey research results clearly show that local residents' attitudes toward nuclear power have changed profoundly as a result of this severe accident. In addition to several questionare surveys, we have conducted support activities for Fukushima-Daiichi power plant accident refugees, who have moved from Fukushima prefecture to Ibaraki Prefecture. The experience of this support project have revealed disaster evacuees' needs and local government policy issues. Our research also suggests that nuclear power safty system and safty education need radical reconsideration and reconstruction. Furthermore, as a result of decontamination experiments we conducted in several areas of Fukushima prefecture, we have gained some important technological findins and come to the conclusion that local political consensus-making is a vital precondition for a future decontaminaition project.
