Through researches of three years, information obtained from overseas bicycle operators, lecture was presented by the planner of Barclays Cycle Hire Scheme in London, also deputy mayor of La Rochelle, France in 2012 Tokyo. We have realized that the the bike plan of the U. S. and Europe have reached already the third generation. Concerning inland works, our laboratory staff of The University of Tokyo and Yokohama National University made a quantitative study on demand of the supply of Cyclocity service and could know the actual use of bicycles.

通过三年的研究，从海外自行车运营商获得的信息，由伦敦巴克莱自行车租赁计划的规划者，也是法国拉罗谢尔副市长在2012年东京发表演讲。我们已经意识到，美国的自行车计划。S.而欧洲已经达到了第三代。关于内陆工程，东京大学和横滨国立大学的实验室人员对Cyclocity服务的供应需求进行了定量研究，并了解了自行车的实际使用情况。
