In order to elucidate the mechanisms of cerebral aneurysmal development, growth, rupture, we conducted molecular an histological analyses in induced aneurismal models of rats and monkeys. Induced aneurysms were successfully checked using 7T-MRA and the administration of statins, TNF-αinhibitors suppressed the development of cerebral aneurysms by inhibiting inflammatory processes.
