Development of community support program to improve oral functionand environment based on the assessment in high-risk and dependent elderly.

健康老年人与高危老年人的口腔功能水平无差异。干预的效果在口腔内分泌方面得到了明确的认识。在干预前表现出较低的关节数的患者中，RSST和口腔运动评分显著改善。本研究的结果表明，长期的项目是必要的，以维持和改善口腔功能的高危和依赖老年人。

There is no differences in oral function level between healthy and high-risk elderly. The effects of intervention were clearly recognized in regards to oral diadochokinesis. Improvement in RSST and oral diadochokinesis scores was marked in those persons showing a lower number of articulations before intervention. The results of the present study suggest that long-term projects are necessary to maintain and improve oral function in high-risk and dependent elderly.
