Development of a family intervention model and standard family health care nursing plan based on the Concentric Sphere Family Environment Model

“同心球家庭环境理论”作为一种新的家庭护理理论被提出，并以此为基础建立了“家庭环境评价模型”。同时，提出了“家庭体征/症状”、“基于家庭体征/症状的家庭保健护理”、“基于进展的家庭保健护理”等概念和方法。此外，对于日本国内外有托儿所学龄儿童的家庭和养育子女的家庭，初步完成了由家庭内部环境护理干预、家庭系统单元护理干预和家庭外部环境护理干预组成的“家庭环境干预模式(FEIM)”和针对6种“家庭体征/症状”的“标准家庭保健护理计划”。

The "Concentric Sphere Family Environment Theory(CSFET)"was proposed as a new family nursing theory, and the "Family Environment Assessment Model(FEAM)" on which it is based was completed. At the same time,"family signs/symptom,""family health care nursing based on family signs/symptom,""family health care nursing based on progression" and other concepts and methodologies were proposed. In addition, for families with nursery school-age children and child-rearing families both in and outside of Japan, a "Family Environment Intervention Model(FEIM)" consisting of nursing intervention for family internal environment, nursing intervention for family system unit and nursing intervention for family external environment, and a "standard family health care nursing plan" for dealing with six "family signs/symptoms" were tentatively completed.
