Making Up A New Water Environmental Society For The 21St in Flood Affected Area

世界各国每年都发生洪水灾害，特别是孟加拉国和日本。本研究旨在建立一个世纪新型的水环境社会，将洪水灾害的危害降到最低。本文从以下四个方面进行了调查：1）记录孟加拉国洪水灾区的日常生活; 2）预防洪水、利用水和享受洪水Trinity位一体的水环境治理方式; 3）帮助异教徒、妇女、老年人、穷人等社会弱势群体; 4）孟加拉国与日本、德国等国在防洪措施方面的相互学习。

The damage of flood occurs every year in various countries of the world, especially in Bangladesh and Japan. This study aims at creating a new type of water environmental society in 21st century to reduce the damage of the flood at the minimum. I surveyedfollowing four points.1) documenting the daily life of flood affected areas in Bangladesh2) the trinity way of making water environment: preventing flood, utilizing water and enjoying flood.3) helping the socially vulnerable people such as pagan, women, aged, poor, and4) mutual learning of the anti-flood measure among the countries: Bangladesh and Japan and Germany.
