Statistical Mechanical Approach to the 3-Dimensional Medical ImageReconstruction

将一种统计力学方法——贝叶斯推理方法引入到医学断层图像重建中。应用贝叶斯推理，提出了先验知识与观测数据强度比的推理算法。结果表明，我们的算法在几乎所有的情况下都比传统的方法显示出更好的结果。

We introduce a Bayes inference method, which is a kind of statistical mechanical approach, into the medical tomography image reconstruction that is frequently used in the diagnosis. Applying the Bayes inference, we provide an inference algorithm for the strength ratio between prior knowledge and the observed data. In the result, we confirm our algorithm shows better results in almost all the cases rather than that of the conventional method.
