Management of Information on Intellectual Property in structural reform of enterprises for innovation

采用案例法和访谈法对企业并购等结构改革中的知识产权信息管理问题进行了分析。提出生命科学领域药物效应领域的多元化管理。在管理问题上，我们提出对十个问题的管理关注程度，我们对此进行了具体规定。同时，我们建议通过评估知识产权部门在每个特定流程中的参与情况来管理企业结构改革的全过程。

Management of Information on Intellectual Property(IP) in structural reform of enterprise including Merger & Acquisition is analyzed by case and interview studies. We propose a diversity management of pharmaceutical effect area in life science field. As to the management issues, we propose to manage the degree of focus on ten issues, which we specified. Also, we propose to manage the whole process of structural reform of enterprise by evaluating IP department participation in each specified process.
