Development of simulator and database to support education of legal argumentation

为了支持法律论证教育，我们开发了一个模拟民事诉讼的教育系统。到目前为止，该系统已在3所合作高校的法学实训课程中投入使用。它在教育上已经变得有效。为法律论证提供了逻辑基础。另一方面，我们还制作了法律论证数据库，通过对学生的辩论记录进行结构化，使其具有真实的辩论记录。此外，我们还提供了一个沃尔顿论证方案的试探性数据库，可供法律论证数据库参考。

For supporting education of legal argumentation, we have developed an educational system to simulate civil lawsuits. The system has been used in real courses of law in collaborative 3 universities so far. It has become educationally effective. Then we provided logical basic of legal argumentation. On the other hand, we have also made legal argumentation database that has real argumentation records of students by making them structured. Furthermore, we have provided a tentative database of Walton's argumentation schemes that can be referred from the legal argumentation database.
