Today, to deal with the changing in the city social life brought by the changing in the location of the enterprise according to the market-oriented economic reformation,"The Community" which is base society of a city attracts attention. I searched the way of roles and relationship of the government, the enterprise, and the workers under the "Socialist market economy" system which is symbolized in the shift from this "Unit" society to "Community" society ; especially, from the side of distribution by the enterprises. Concretely, The changing is verified in salary, public welfare(labor insurance, medical treatment, pension, welfare relation, houses and extra allowance).

在市场经济体制改革的今天，为了应对企业区位变化给城市社会生活带来的变化，作为城市基层社会的“社区”备受关注。在以“单位”社会向“社区”社会转变为标志的“社会主义市场经济”体制下，特别是从企业分配的角度，探讨了政府、企业和劳动者的角色定位和关系。具体而言，从工资、社会福利（劳动保险、医疗、养老、福利关系、住房和额外津贴）等方面进行了论证。
