Theoretical and Empirical Research about Organizational Escalation of Commitment

我感兴趣的是，为什么一家公司有时会采取失败的行动，为什么一家公司不能轻易改变失败的战略，以及一家公司如何改变其战略。为了理解这些问题，我的研究主要集中在导致日本大型企业集团财务业绩较低的组织过程(组织承诺升级)上。

I am interested in why a company can sometimes commit to a losing course of action, why a company can't change a losing strategy easily, and how a company can change its strategy. In order to understand these questions, I have mainly focused my research on the organizational processes ("Organizational Escalation of Commitment") which caused lower financial performance in the shipbuilding of major Japanese conglomerates.
