A Comparison of the Effects of Educational, Employment and Social Security Systems on Social Stratification among East Asian Countries

本研究从比较的角度考察了日本、韩国和台湾的教育、就业和社会保障制度中的制度因素是如何影响报酬不平等和社会分层的。本课题主要研究这些制度性因素所导致的正式员工与非正式员工之间的报酬不平等、大企业与小企业之间的报酬不平等，并通过理论分析和实证分析揭示这些不平等的特征。

This research project examined how institutional factors in educational, employment, and social security systems shaped reward inequalities and social stratification in Japan, Korea and Taiwan from a comparative perspective. The project focused on reward inequalities between regular and non-regular workers and inequalities between large and small firms, which were brought about by these institutional factors, and revealed the characteristics of the inequalities through both theoretical and empirical analysis.
