Advantages of Nursing Home and Micro Sociological Research on Unit Care

在养老机构中开展个体化护理需要什么？本课题旨在从制度的优势来揭示这一问题。也就是说，这是护理专家永久驻扎的地方，用户可以在这里了解需要护理的类似人员。研究结果显示，在新型护理之家，护理人员面对“个别照护冲突”的问题，较旧型护理之家更容易进行单位照护。其次，从微观社会学的角度，不仅从服务人员与使用者的关系，而且从使用者之间的关系，都可以看出服务人员进行协调和引导，使使用者具有一定的角色，共同合作，感到轻松和自由的必要性。

What do we need to carry out Individual Care in the institution for elderly care? In this project we aim at the advantages of the institutions to reveal this question. That is to say, this is the place where the specialists in care are permanently stationed, and where the users can get to know somebody who is similar in needed care. As a result it firstly became clear that the care staffs faced "the conflict of Individual Care" in new type of nursing home where they could perform Unit Care easier than old type of nursing home. Secondly, from an angle of Micro Sociology we could find the necessity for the care staffs to coordinate and lead to make the users to have some roles, to cooperate together, to feel easy and freedom, at the standpoint of not only the relationship between the care staffs and the users, but also the relationship among the users.
